The long of it:
I was born and raised in Ipswich, MA. Prior to launching 1° NORTH, I was the Director of Keller Williams University, working closely with Keller Williams’ international executive leadership and KW’s top agents to deliver award-winning training for 80,000+ associates on how to be successful in real estate. In addition to my real estate background, I have defined the customer service standards and leadership strategies for brands such as Fossil and Watch Station. I couple a deep passion for service and helping people achieve their goals with many years of experience in business, leadership, and customer service.
A top-performer out of the gate in real estate, Byron is passionate about people and loves to connect them with their dreams and aspirations. He brings a background in community service and law enforcement for over 10 years as well as an advisor for Merrill Lynch in the financial sector. Byron also serves on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council.
Born and raised on the North Shore, Samantha is a graduate of Triton Regional High School, and attended Northern Essex Community College majoring in Business Management. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Shore Association of Realtors, and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Prior to Real estate, Samantha worked in banking where she worked extensively with mortgage lenders. This developed a passion for all things Real estate. Today she resides on the North Shore with her children, and participates in several community events and activities.

Stephen has been an entrepreneur involved in start ups his entire life, with roles that have included marketing, sales and business development, community relations, operations management and finance.
